Buzzwave Spotlight is an awards judging application designed for trade shows and conferences. It brings award entries, judging criteria, scores, comments, progress tracking and final results together in one place.

Event organisers can create award programmes and categories, configure weighted judging criteria, manage entries and assign suitable judges to each category. Invited judges access the application through a secure link, score only the entries assigned to them and save their progress as they work. Their scores and comments remain private from other judges.

Spotlight gives organisers a live view of judging progress, making it clear which entries have been assessed and where judging remains incomplete. Once judging closes, organisers can lock the scores, calculate the final rankings and export the results. This replaces spreadsheets, email chains and manual score calculations with a controlled and traceable process.
