Canva’s Bulk Create lets you generate multiple designs quickly using a template and a data source. Follow these steps to automate event materials like speaker badges and social graphics.
1. Prepare Your Data
- Create a spreadsheet (Google Sheets or Excel) with columns for each element (e.g., Name, Title, Company).
- Save as CSV for easy upload.
2. Set Up Your Canva Design
- Choose or create a template.
- Add placeholders for text and images (e.g., name, title, headshots).
3. Access Bulk Create
- Open your design in Canva Editor.
- Go to Apps > Bulk Create.
4. Import and Link Data
- Upload CSV to Canva.
- Link text fields by selecting a placeholder, choosing Connect Data, and assigning the correct field.
- Link images (e.g., headshots, logos) the same way.
5. Generate and Download Designs
- Click Continue to create a page for each row.
- Review & adjust if needed.
- Download as PNG, JPG, or PDF.
